30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days to return an item from the date it arrived at your location. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Packaging and Accessories
To complete your return, we require that all accessories, boxes, and certificates that were included in the original delivery are returned as well. Incomplete returns may be subject to additional fees or partial refunds.
Verification and Authenticity Check
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also verify the authenticity of the diamond. After approval, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Full Refund
After successful verification and approval of the returned item, a full refund will be applied to your account. It may take some time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items on sale
